About This Role
Design user experiences for complex government systems used by tax officers, customs agents, and public servants. You will translate complex institutional workflows into clear, efficient interfaces that work in challenging operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design UX for government platform interfaces
Conduct user research with government staff
Build and maintain design systems for our platforms
Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation
Requirements
3+ years of UX design experience
Experience designing enterprise or government systems
Proficiency in Figma and design systems
User research and usability testing experience
Understanding of accessibility standards
Nice to Have
Experience with low-bandwidth or offline-first design
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
