About This Role
Lead the development of AI-powered revenue intelligence modules for our National Revenue Intelligence Platform. You will work directly with tax authority clients to design and implement systems that process millions of taxpayer records.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement core NRIP platform modules
Build ML pipelines for taxpayer risk profiling
Collaborate with revenue authority technical teams
Mentor junior engineers on the team
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, or similar)
Machine learning implementation experience
Understanding of tax administration or financial systems (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience with government or public sector technology
Knowledge of African tax systems
