About This Role
Lead end-to-end implementation of GovTech projects for government ministry clients. You will manage project delivery from requirements gathering through go-live, working directly with senior government officials and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle for GovTech implementations
Coordinate with government client teams and stakeholders
Manage implementation team of 5-10 people
Ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget
Requirements
4+ years of project management experience
Experience delivering technology projects in government or public sector
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills
East Africa government sector experience (preferred)
Nice to Have
Fluency in Swahili
Experience with donor-funded projects
