About This Role

Provide domain expertise for our customs digitization and trade facilitation projects. You will work with customs authorities to design system requirements, configure our CDCS platform, and support implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document customs system requirements

Configure CDCS platform for client deployments

Train customs authority staff on new systems

Support post-implementation optimization

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customs administration or trade facilitation

Knowledge of WCO standards and customs procedures

Experience with customs management systems (ASYCUDA or similar)

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Regional trade agreement knowledge (AfCFTA, ECOWAS, EAC)

Nice to Have

Experience with AfCFTA implementation

French language skills
